Job summary

Xoriant is seeking a Copilot Solutions Architect to design, architect, and deliver Copilot-enabled solutions within Microsoft 365. You will bridge business requirements with technical implementation, ensuring secure, scalable Copilot deployments.

The role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to understand needs, providing technical leadership, and ensuring designs meet architectural principles and security standards.

Qualifications

• Proven knowledge of Microsoft Copilot and the Microsoft 365 ecosystem.
• Experience developing and delivering solutions.
• Ability to communicate solutions to stakeholders.
• Good knowledge of Risk management.
• Collaborates with Enterprise, Infrastructure, Security, Engineering, Operations, and Digital Workplace teams.
• Provide technical guidance to team members and stakeholders.
• Ability to deal with ambiguity and manage diversity.
• Share knowledge with the team and contribute to learning culture.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Design and architect Copilot solutions within Microsoft 365 based on requirements.
• Author High Level Solution Designs and Conceptual Architectures.
• Develop guardrails and policies around Copilot integration.
• Provide technical guidance, documentation, and deployment best practices.
• Support rollout, issue resolution, and transition to steady-state operations.
