Job summary

Avanade is seeking an engineer with deep experience in Microsoft 365 Copilot to design, develop, and govern Copilot Studio agents and Power Platform solutions for client projects. You will lead workshops, translate business needs into technical designs, and collaborate with global teams to deliver high-quality outcomes.

The role emphasizes agile practices, requirements gathering, and solution-backed estimates, with a focus on security and scalable architectures across Microsoft 365 products.

Qualifications

• Worked with Microsoft 365 Copilot, understanding of the underlying technology, prompts, agents, implemented and governed.
• Familiarity in using Copilot Studio, Dataverse, Power Platform products.
• Familiarity with Low and Pro code extensibility models of Microsoft 365 Copilot.
• Strong business analysis and requirements-gathering skills.
• Familiarity with agile development practices.
• Critical thinking, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills.
• Ability to secure apps and data.

Responsibilities

• Use experience of client facing engagements to build a positive project relationship, run workshops and lead clients to success.
• Design and develop Power Platform, Microsoft Copilot Studio agents, Teams Toolkit Agents to meet client requirements.
• Lead a team of experts to work together to drive success in delivering solutions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams under challenging circumstances to deliver high-quality solutions.
• Demonstrate expertise in the Power Platform suite of products and Microsoft 365 Copilot.
• Translate business requirements into technical solutions using Microsoft 365 products.
• Share practices for Microsoft 365 Copilot, Copilot Studio and extensibility knowledge with global Avanade team members.
• Manage task backlog for continuous improvement of client solutions and contribute to solution estimates.
