Job summary

Cognizant in London seeks a hands-on Technology Consultant to lead envisioning, architecture, and delivery of Microsoft automation and agentic AI solutions. You will shape roadmaps with executive stakeholders and drive measurable business impact through adoption and efficiency gains.

Design and deliver LLM-powered solutions using Copilot Studio, Power Platform, Dynamics 365, and Azure AI, while aligning with governance and security best practices.

Qualifications

• Experience leading envisioning workshops and roadmaps.
• Translate business requirements into architecture and delivery plans.
• Proven governance, security, and adoption strategies for large-scale platforms.
• Strong stakeholder management and commercial awareness.
• Experience with Microsoft Power Platform, Copilot Studio, and Dynamics 365.

Responsibilities

• Lead discovery and envisioning workshops to identify high-value AI use cases, define problem statements, success metrics, and ROI.
• Translate business requirements into solution options and roadmaps; present trade-offs clearly to executive and technical stakeholders.
• Run demos, PoVs/PoTs/PoVs, produce proposals, SoWs, and fit-gap analyses; align co-sell motions with Microsoft field teams and partner programs.
• Advise on governance, security, adoption for Copilot Agents and Power Platform at scale (environment strategy, DLP, RBAC, telemetry, ALM).
• Own solution architecture for AI agents and applications; establish security, governance, and performance baselines.
• Design and implement LLM-powered solutions with data governance, telemetry, and quality monitoring.
• Integrate Microsoft 365 and Dynamics 365 with enterprise systems and APIs; promote reuse of assets.
• Build automation with Power Automate Cloud/Desktop; configure Cloud PC pool for Desktop Flows and Computer Use agents.
• Define non-functional requirements; establish CI/CD (Azure Pipelines/GitHub Actions), automated testing, and automated deployments.
• Harden solutions for security, privacy, and performance; ensure reproducibility and operational readiness.
• Deliver POC/POV/POTs and production-grade implementations; guide fit-gap analysis and oversee deployments.
• Champion Copilot Agent security & governance; mentor engineering teams and contribute to accelerators and best practices.
