Qualifications

• Strong mechanical engineering background.
• Facilities Management / building services experience.
• Supervisory, lead or senior engineering experience.
• Knowledge of commercial mechanical plant and systems.

Responsibilities

• Supervising mechanical engineers and maintenance activities
• Overseeing PPM and reactive works
• Providing technical support to the engineering team
• Fault finding across mechanical plant and equipment
• Monitoring statutory and compliance-related maintenance
• Managing specialist subcontractors
• Ensuring work is completed within agreed SLAs
• Updating CAFM systems and maintenance records
• Liaising with clients and site management
• Maintaining high health & safety standards
