Job summary

Michael Taylor Search & Selection is seeking a Project Manager for a Cambridge-based, large scale construction project. You will lead day-to-day management across design, procurement, installation, logistics, and commissioning within a multi-disciplinary team.

You will ensure design and construction processes are compliant and add value by challenging methods to improve buildability, lifecycle costs, and programme delivery. A formal SMSTS and proven leadership track record are required.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering large scale MEP contracts.
• Formally accredited H&S training, minimum SMSTS.
• Proven track record leading teams and projects.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day management of a large scale, multi-disciplinary construction project.
• Ensure compliance of design, engineering, construction and commissioning processes.
• Develop and implement project controls to meet programme and budget.
• Capture lessons learned and share with the wider business.
