Job summary

SSA Recruitment is seeking a Mechanical Project Manager to join a leading Tier 1 M&E contractor in London. You will oversee the full project lifecycle on large-scale Commercial and Residential schemes, ensuring delivery on time, on budget and to the highest quality standards.

Based in London, you will coordinate with clients, consultants and internal teams, manage procurement and subcontractors, and drive health and safety compliance across project activities.

Responsibilities

Mechanical Project Manager

We are currently recruiting for a leading Tier 1 M&E Contractor who are looking to add a Mechanical Project Manager to their team to work accross a number of Large scale Commercial and Residential Projects in London. They are looking for someone to come in and manage the project lifecycle who has the ambition to move into a Senior Project Management role within a short space of time.

Duties may include:

• Oversee MEP project delivery from initial design through to commissioning, close-out, and final handover.
• Ensure all works meet agreed scope, programme, budget, and quality objectives.
• Assess MEP designs and technical submissions against project specifications and industry standards.
• Manage procurement and supplier and subcontractor performance, maintaining effective coordination with clients, consultants, and internal teams.
• Track progress, address risks and delays, and uphold high Health & Safety standards throughout the project.
