Job summary

Cundall, a global multidisciplinary consultancy, is seeking an experienced mechanical engineer to join our Critical Systems team. You will lead and support the delivery of innovative mechanical design solutions for data centre projects in the UK and internationally, managing fees, programmes, and design quality.

You will mentor junior engineers, work closely with senior staff, and build strong client relationships to secure repeat business through clear communication and trusted delivery.

Qualifications

• Chartered Engineer with degree in Mechanical Engineering or Building Services.
• Experience delivering data centre or critical systems projects.
• Proven client engagement experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support mechanical engineers in delivering designs for data centre/critical systems projects.
• Manage fees, programmes and design quality on projects.
• Communicate clearly with project teams, clients and other disciplines.
• Nurture and develop junior engineers and contribute to work-winning activities.
