Job summary

Cundall is seeking an experienced Electrical Engineer to join the Critical Systems team, delivering innovative electrical design solutions for large-scale data centre projects. You will collaborate with a multidisciplinary team across offices in London and beyond to drive technically excellent, commercially strong outcomes.

You’ll contribute to the design process, producing deliverables, monitoring budgets and programmes, and supporting engineers at varying levels while developing your own

Qualifications

• Degree in Electrical Engineering or Building Services Engineering (MEng/BEng).
• Significant experience in electrical engineering, ideally in critical systems or data centres.
• Experience leading small teams and managing small- to mid-scale projects.
• Experience producing electrical designs: schematics, layouts, calculations; preparing specs and reports; site inspections.

Responsibilities

• Produce high-quality electrical design deliverables and contribute to project meetings.
• Monitor budgets and programmes and communicate with project and client teams.
• Review designs and provide guidance to the engineering team.
• Support the development of less experienced engineers and foster collaboration.
