Lead Mechanical Engineer

(W12 0)

Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform reactive and pre-planned maintenance on-site.
  • Deliver a maintenance service covering mechanical equipment including pumps, motors, pipework, plant rooms, and AHUs.
  • Work with sub-contractors and external suppliers.
Required Qualifications and Experience:
  • City & Guilds Level 2/3 in relevant engineering maintenance (Mechanical).
  • Prior experience in commercial environment maintenance.
  • Competence in report writing and handling paperwork.
