As a Mechanical Engineer, you will be analysing and designing the building services systems and producing viable building services solutions.

Manage production of project deliverables such as drawings, calculations, reports and specifications.

Ensure the checking and reviewing of engineering designs and deliverables

Produce project deliverables and viable technical solutions

Specify and co-ordinate the use of materials and systems

Input on environmental issues, sustainability issues and legislation

Carrying out site visits and surveys

Requirements:

3-6 years' experience in Building Services

Working towards Chartership status, preferably MCIBSE

Experience leading and managing projects
