You will mentor a small team, ensure compliance with customer and regulatory requirements, and drive design reviews across modules.

Qualifications

• Degree in Mechanical/Aerospace/Structural Engineering or equivalent.
• HNC/HND acceptable with extensive design experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead development of seat components from concept to manufacture.
• Mentor a small team of design engineers and ensure design quality.
• Drive design reviews and manage product maturity in PLM.
