Job summary

Energy Jobline ZR is seeking an Associate to join our Winchester MEP team. You will lead engineering teams delivering a range of project work, maintaining high standards of design and project delivery.

You will manage risk with strong commercial acumen, act as lead engineer for mechanical building services and supervise junior engineers, while collaborating with architects, structural engineers and other disciplines.

Qualifications

• Accredited degree or higher in an applicable discipline (HNC/HND).
• Working towards IEng or CEng status.
• Excellent communication and teamwork.
• Strong attention to detail and client care.

Responsibilities

• Lead MEP engineering teams on diverse projects.
• Manage risk with strong commercial acumen.
• Act as lead engineer for mechanical building services design.
• Supervise and develop junior engineers.
• Produce reports, drawings, specifications for RIBA stages.
• Use CAD and BIM (Revit) to design systems.
• Collaborate with structural engineers, architects, surveyors, contractors.
• Attend project and technical meetings.
• Ensure design and maintenance meet legislative and safety requirements.
