Job summary

Pertemps Network Group is working with an established multidisciplinary engineering consultancy in Basingstoke to recruit a Senior Mechanical Building Services Engineer. You will lead technically demanding projects across rail, defence, nuclear, data centres, aviation, healthcare and logistics, delivering integrated mechanical design solutions from survey through to delivery.

The role requires a proven track record in building services design, proficiency with AutoCAD and Revit MEP, and

Qualifications

Proven mechanical building services design experience.
HNC/HND in Mechanical/Building Services Engineering or related discipline.
A relevant engineering degree is advantageous.

Responsibilities

Lead multidisciplinary projects from initial survey through to detailed design and delivery.
Produce mechanical building services designs, calculations, specifications and technical reports.
Design heating, ventilation, cooling, domestic water and drainage systems.
Complete drawings using AutoCAD and Revit MEP; carry out mechanical design calculations.
Manage project programmes, contract administration and liaise with clients and design teams.
Ensure compliance with CDM Regulations and industry standards.
