Job summary

Triumph is seeking a Lead MBSE Engineer to provide technical leadership in the development of next-generation electrical and electronic systems. The role demands delivering complex vehicle features using Model-Based Systems Engineering and working across the full product lifecycle.

You will lead a small team of engineers, promoting MBSE best practices and ensuring delivery to quality, cost and programme targets, while translating customer and business requirements into robust system solutions.

Qualifications

• Experience with MBSE methodologies and delivering complex E&E or software-enabled systems.
• Strong requirements management and architecture skills.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication abilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead the definition, development and delivery of E&E system functionality.
• Capture and manage requirements, architectures and system models.
• Provide technical leadership and resolve complex engineering issues.
• Coordinate activities across Systems Engineers to meet programme objectives.
• Champion MBSE tools and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Mentor and support engineers and new team members.
