Job summary
Triumph Motorcycles is seeking a Lead MBSE Engineer to provide technical leadership in the development of next-generation electrical and electronic systems. You will lead the definition and delivery of complex vehicle features using Model-Based Systems Engineering across the full product lifecycle.
You will also mentor engineers and promote systems engineering best practices, collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to meet programme, quality and cost targets.
Qualifications
- Degree in Systems Engineering (or equivalent) required.
- Experience delivering complex electrical/electronic or software-enabled systems.
- Experience with Model-Based Systems Engineering (MBSE) methodologies.
- Strong requirements management and system architecture skills.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication abilities.
- Experience leading technical projects or feature development activities.
Responsibilities
- Lead the definition, development and delivery of E&E system functionality.
- Capture and manage requirements, architectures and system models.
- Provide technical leadership and resolve complex engineering issues.
- Coordinate activities across Systems Engineers to achieve programme objectives.
- Champion MBSE tools, methods and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Mentor and support engineers, graduates and new team members.
