Job summary

Triumph Motorcycles seeks a Lead Electrical Component Engineer to drive development of electrical and electronic components across current and future motorcycle programs. You will lead from concept to production, collaborating with suppliers and cross-functional teams to hit cost, timing and quality targets.

You will also support and develop a small team of engineers, fostering engineering excellence and continuous improvement within the Electrical & Electronic Systems group.

Qualifications

• Experience leading engineers or technical workstreams.
• Strong supplier management and coordination skills.
• Excellent problem-solving and project delivery capabilities.
• Proven ability to manage stakeholders and deliver on schedule.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical leadership for component delivery from concept through to production.
• Collaborate with suppliers and cross-functional teams to meet cost, time, and quality targets.
• Develop and lead a small team of engineers; drive engineering excellence and continuous improvement.
• Support and mentor engineering staff to achieve high-performance outcomes.
