Qualifications

• Qualified teacher status is required.

• Experience teaching pupils with challenging social, emotional and mental health needs.
• Experience in educational development and planning.
• Knowledge of SEN legislation and county SEN policies.
• Ability to provide leadership and support to staff for high-quality teaching.
• Effective IT skills to develop service delivery and monitoring.

Responsibilities

• Teach and plan maths lessons for small groups.
• Assist reintegration of pupils back into mainstream schools.
• Collaborate with educational psychologists, SEN coordinators and external agencies.
• Promote inclusion and ensure all pupils feel valued and supported.
