Qualifications

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) and a relevant degree.
• Experience analysing student performance data to drive improvement.
• Experience coaching, mentoring or supporting colleagues.
• Strong knowledge of maths pedagogy, curriculum and assessment.
• Commitment to collaboration and high expectations for all learners.

Responsibilities

• Lead improvement across the Maths department and support school-wide standards.
• Mentor colleagues to enhance teaching practice and curriculum delivery.
• Develop and implement maths curriculum plans and assessment strategies.
• Ensure high outcomes for students across Key Stages 3–5.
