Abercrombie & Kent Europe is seeking a Management Accountant - Finance Operations in Cheltenham to lead a transactional finance team of five. You will own accounts payable, bank reconciliations, prepaid cash cards, intercompany ledgers and ensure strong financial controls across brands, reporting to the Finance Manager.

You will drive month-end close, balance sheet reconciliations, and support peak periods and audits, while maintaining robust processes and contributing to finance transformation

Competenze

• Proven experience managing or supervising a transactional finance or Accounts Payable team.
• Strong system literacy with ERP experience (MSBC/BC) and reporting tools (Prophix) is highly advantageous.
• Excellent reconciliation skills with intercompany and multi-currency exposure.

Mansioni

• Lead, mentor and develop a high-performing transactional finance team; conduct regular 1:1s and performance reviews.
• Oversee core reconciliations and end-to-end processing of direct cost invoices; manage weekly payment runs and supplier/payments.
• Own month-end balance sheet reconciliations, intercompany reconciliations and support during audits and finance transformation.
