Job summary

Reeve is seeking an experienced Maintenance Supervisor to join our growing maintenance team, overseeing a portfolio of commercial properties across the Midlands. This hands-on supervisory role requires technical strength, independence and the ability to lead engineers and contractors.

You will supervise and support engineers, carry out planned maintenance, fault-finding and repairs, diagnose faults, manage contractors and site inspections, and ensure all works are completed safely and to a high

Qualifications

• Commercial maintenance and engineering experience.
• Ability to work independently.
• Experience supervising engineers or contractors.
• Excellent communication and client-facing skills.
• Proactive health & safety, compliance and preventative maintenance.

Responsibilities

• Supervising and supporting engineers and specialist contractors.
• Carrying out planned maintenance, servicing, fault-finding and reactive repairs.
• Diagnosing faults and completing repairs with a strong focus on first-time fixes.
• Managing contractors, site inspections and maintenance related works.
• Ensuring works are completed safely, efficiently and to a high standard.
