Job summary

Page Personnel is recruiting for a Maintenance Supervisor in East Yorkshire (Goole). The role is Monday-Friday, dayshift, within a large-scale, highly automated production facility. Salary £40,000–£55,000 per year, with benefits including 25 days annual leave and a cycle-to-work scheme.

The successful candidate will lead a maintenance team, promote a strong safety culture, and collaborate with Operations, Reliability and Engineering to improve plant reliability and performance.

Qualifications

• Proven experience leading, supervising or coordinating teams.
• Experience in manufacturing/industrial environments.
• Strong commitment to safety and ability to build relationships.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a team in line with safety vision and values.
• Identify and implement improvements to enhance reliability and performance.
• Coordinate with Operations, Reliability, Engineering and Contractors to ensure safe, efficient outcomes.
• Transition from reactive to planned, reliability-focused operations.
• Attract, select and retain skilled individuals to support long-term success.
