Job summary

E3 Recruitment is seeking a Maintenance Engineer for a leading manufacturing operation in the Eggborough/Goole area. You will deliver plant-wide maintenance to keep production targets on track and support continuous improvement initiatives.

Qualifications

• Recognised engineering apprenticeship or equivalent qualification (Mechanical).
• Time served mechanical engineer or fitter.
• Ability to fault find, repair and provide solutions to problems.
• High degree of health & safety awareness.

Responsibilities

• Providing plant-wide maintenance service to keep production targets achievable.
• Support machine set-ups and changeovers, ensuring quality conformity and efficiency.
• Implement plant-wide preventive maintenance (PPM) structures with H&S and QA liaison.
• Diagnose breakdowns with a small team and external contractors.
