Job summary

Michael Page is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor for a Goole-based manufacturing and production facility. You will oversee day-to-day maintenance operations to keep equipment running smoothly and safely, guiding and supervising the maintenance team while driving continuous improvement.

The role emphasizes developing personnel, coordinating with operations and engineering, and moving from reactive to planned maintenance in a busy 24/7 environment.

• Proven experience leading, supervising or coordinating teams.
• Experience in manufacturing/industrial environments.
• Strong commitment to safety and enabling staff to succeed.
• Effective communicator with ability to build relationships at all levels of the business.
