The Sterling Choice is seeking a Maintenance Manager for a busy food manufacturing site in the United Kingdom. You will own day-to-day engineering operations, lead shift engineers and shift leaders, and drive reliability and preventative maintenance to keep production running smoothly.

Reporting to the Engineering Controller, you will deliver improvements, manage resources, and foster a proactive maintenance culture in a fast-paced environment where no two days are the same.

Qualificações

• Experience leading maintenance teams in a manufacturing setting.
• Strong background in preventative maintenance and equipment reliability.
• Ability to manage priorities and operational risk in a fast-paced environment.

Responsabilidades

• Manage and develop shift engineers and leaders.
• Own day-to-day maintenance across a busy site.
• Drive preventative maintenance to reduce downtime and improve reliability.
• Prioritise workloads and manage reactive issues in a fast-moving environment.
• Collaborate with production to keep the factory running safely and efficiently.
• Develop your team, set standards, and drive continuous improvement.
