Job summary

RAD Hotel Group is seeking a Maintenance Manager for Seamill Hydro Hotel in the UK. This hands-on, full-time role oversees all hotel maintenance operations, trades and safety, while leading the maintenance team to keep facilities in top condition for guests and staff.

You will manage preventative maintenance, respond to repairs and support projects while ensuring high standards and a safe, welcoming environment across indoor and outdoor areas.

Qualifications

• Experience in maintenance, ideally in hospitality or hotels.
• Strong trades knowledge; electrical, plumbing and joinery are assets.
• Pool plant testing experience is preferred.
• Experience leading or supervising a maintenance team.
• Excellent communication and organisational skills.
• Proactive, hands-on approach with strong problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all maintenance operations, preventive maintenance and repairs.
• Lead and support the maintenance team to maintain high standards.
• Carry out pool plant testing to ensure water quality and safety.
• Ensure all facilities are safe, clean, functional and well-presented.
• Oversee grounds and gardens maintenance and presentation.
• Collaborate with other departments to support guest experience.
