Anglian Water Group is seeking a Lead Engineer for Gas to oversee planned maintenance and support reactive tasks across the region. You will plan, schedule, and lead PPM activities while coordinating contractors and guiding the engineering team.
The role requires GasSafe / I-Gas qualifications, an Electrical bias (NVQ3/HNC) and supervisory experience. Expected responsibilities include safety compliance, cost control, and asset performance improvement.

We collect and treat the water that customers have used, returning it to the environment via rivers and coastal outlets. Our network includes 76,000 kilometres of sewers which feed over 1,000 water recycling centres. The role will involve responsibility to plan, organise and deliver the planned maintenance schedule across the region; often whilst managing contractors. As the Lead Engineer you will be expected to support the Engineers in their day-to-day work, planning and arranging workloads as required by the business need - this work involves projects across the region; including, but not limited to, optimisation, installation, and capital intervention.
