Job summary

Enlight10 in Portsmouth is seeking an experienced M&E Site Manager to run day-to-day site operations, keep to timescales and budgets, and resolve delays on-site.

You will manage the site team, coordinate M&E trades, liaise with the main contractor and design team, and uphold health and safety standards. The role requires hands-on leadership and the ability to drive testing, commissioning, and on-site BIM collaboration.

Qualifications

• Experience managing on-site M&E construction projects.
• Strong Health & Safety leadership on site.
• Ability to coordinate sub-contractors and ensure programmes.

Responsibilities

• Oversee onsite M&E construction and manage construction programme.
• Coordinate sub-contractors and ensure compliance with safety regs.
• Set up H&S procedures and manage site HSE processes.
• First point of contact for site management issues; escalation as required.
• Develop and manage testing, commissioning and inspection programme.
• Liaise with sub-contractors and main contractor to meet the main programme.
