Job summary

Whitehall Resources is seeking two Lead Software Developers with experience in Thermo Fisher SampleManager LIMS v12.1 and v21.3. The role is a mix of system configuration and integration engineering, with a focus on building modular LIMS extensions and configuring workflows within a .NET based environment.

The ideal candidates will have hands-on experience with SampleManager configuration, data integrity, audit trails, and integrating laboratory instruments via web services.

Qualifications

• Proficiency with VGL in SampleManager and .NET architecture.
• Experience with XML, SOAP and HTTP services for integrations.
• Knowledge of data integrity, audit trails, and regulatory traceability.
• Experience configuring LIMS workflows and samples management.
• Familiarity with Oracle and PostgreSQL databases.

Responsibilities

• Configure core SampleManager platform settings and workflows.
• Engineer system integrations between lab instruments and LIMS.
• Design modular LIMS extensions and workflows within a configuration-driven platform.
• Work with APHA LIMS customizations and legacy modules.
• Ensure data integrity, audit trails, and regulatory compliance.
