Job summary

Alfred H Knight in Prescot (Liverpool) seeks an Implementation and Training Lead to head our global rollout of core systems, including LIMS and Job Management tools. You will build and mentor a dedicated team, driving best practices and ensuring smooth delivery across international laboratories.

Qualifications

• Degree level education and relevant change management or training delivery certifications preferred.
• Experience implementing core software (LIMS, job management) across global labs.
• Proven ability to design and run global training programs and change initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coach a team of Implementation Analysts to deliver complex deployments.
• Oversee end-to-end implementation lifecycle across international sites.
• Establish governance, manage risks, and report progress to senior stakeholders.
• Plan capacity, balance workload, and ensure timely delivery against targets.
