Job summary

Loughborough College is seeking a Curriculum Head in Foundation Learning to lead the Foundation Learning and SEN provision teams. The role involves guiding a team of lecturers and tutors, driving quality metrics, and developing curriculum design and delivery to meet learner needs.

You will coordinate teaching, learning, and assessment across specialist provision, working with external partners and across college departments to maximise progression opportunities for learners.

Qualifications

• Experience in managing SEN provision or specialist education teams.
• Strong leadership of teaching and learning across foundation programmes.
• Ability to work with external partners and cross-college departments.
