You will set the tone for assessments, lead reports, and work with clients and authorities to shape planning strategy. The role offers flexible or hybrid working and a supportive environment to develop as a planning specialist.

Qualifications

• LVIA and planning expertise required.
• Ability to articulate professional opinions clearly.
• Desire for clarity over corporate process in landscape planning.
• Experience in landscape planning and LVIA desirable.

Responsibilities

• Lead LVIA work from early stages through submission.
• Shape planning strategy with designers, not just critique at the end.
• Directly engage with clients and planning officers.
• Improve how reports are written, reviewed and presented.
• Mentor and support colleagues aiming to grow in planning and assessment.
