Zoetis in Bristol, UK is seeking a Lead Laboratory Accessioner to act as the subject‑matter expert and day‑to‑day operational lead for accessioning, ensuring accurate processing, timely turnaround, and effective workflow management across the lab.

You will oversee training, inventory, KPI reporting, and cross‑functional collaboration with Pathology Operations, Customer Service, and other teams in a fast‑paced diagnostic service environment.

Qualifications

• GCSEs or equivalent qualification required.
• Associate Degree or equivalent laboratory qualification preferred.
• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in accessioning or laboratory operations.
• Experience working with LIMS and quality processes.

Responsabilités

• Act as subject matter expert and operational lead for accessioning.
• Monitor workflow and allocate tasks for efficient processing.
• Maintain records, tier boards, and workflow updates.
• Oversee pathology rotas and handle unplanned absences.
• Support data collection, KPI reporting, and continuous improvement.
