Job summary

Zoetis seeks an Anatomic Pathology Manager to lead our pathology team and deliver a market-leading service to clients. The role oversees QA, service development, and marketing efforts while collaborating with Lab Managers to ensure a coherent lab service from reception to reporting.

The successful candidate will have senior pathology leadership experience, Royal College of Pathologists qualification, and MRCVS registration, with regular travel to Bristol to align operations.

Qualifications

• Must hold Royal College of Pathologists qualification.
• MRCVS registration is required.
• Familiarity with pathology LIMS and relevant computer systems.

Responsibilities

• Lead Anatomic Pathology Team to deliver high-quality service.
• Oversee quality assurance and service development.
• Drive business development and marketing activities for growth.
• Collaborate with Lab Managers and teams to ensure timely reporting.
• Identify opportunities for productivity, recruitment and staff development.
• Visitor visits Bristol Histology Lab regularly to ensure alignment.
