wagamama is seeking a sous chef to lead the kitchen, support the shifts and drive a team-focused, high-energy environment. You will ensure dishes are prepared fresh and to order, while upholding standards and mentoring colleagues throughout service.

You will work with the management team to optimize staffing, train cooks, monitor food safety, and contribute to cost control and labour planning. This role celebrates growth, team pride, and consistent delivery of bold flavors.

Qualifications

• Experience in managing the line and planning shifts for proper cover.
• Experience with food, health and safety standards and cost control.
• Ability to train and develop others and celebrate success.
