Capgemini is seeking a Lead Java Full Stack Developer to design, develop, test and deploy scalable enterprise applications across frontend and backend technologies in an Agile environment. The role combines hands-on coding with architecture in a hybrid work model.

You will lead development of responsive web apps using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, React, Node.js, and Java Spring Boot, while mentoring teams and driving quality through TDD, CI/CD and automated testing.

Qualifications

Strong experience building scalable enterprise applications across frontend and backend technologies.
Design, develop, test and deploy high quality solutions in an Agile environment.
Hybrid work model with blend of offices, client sites and home.

Responsibilities

Lead the development of responsive web applications using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, React.js, Redux, Node.js, and Jest.
Design and develop backend microservices using Java, Spring Boot, JPA, Hibernate, REST APIs, and Microservices architecture.
Ensure code quality through TDD practices, writing unit and integration tests using JUnit, Mockito, Cucumber, and Selenium.
Work with SQL databases (MS SQL Server preferred) and optimize database performance and queries.
Implement and maintain CI/CD pipelines for automated build, testing, and deployment processes.
