Job summary

Capgemini is seeking a highly skilled Camunda Developer to design and implement Camunda-based workflows and full-stack solutions. You will work across Java back-end services and React front-end interfaces, delivering scalable, well-tested applications in an Agile setup.

The role offers hybrid working across offices, client sites, and remote work as needed. You will contribute to TDD/CI/CD practices, be involved in SCRUM ceremonies, and support production and UAT activities while maintaining high

Qualifications

• 10+ years designing and implementing Camunda-based solutions in back-end and orchestration roles.
• Strong Java, Spring Boot, JPA/Hibernate experience for scalable enterprise apps.
• Frontend skills with React.js, Redux, Axios, HTML and CSS for user task UX.
• Solid SQL skills and familiarity with MS SQL.
• Deep understanding of TDD and CI/CD pipelines in microservices.
• Experience with Agile environments and banking/financial sector projects.
• Knowledge of messaging systems like Kafka or IBM MQ is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop Camunda 8 workflows for process orchestration.
• Implement service-task-driven integrations using Java-based workers.
• Build and integrate React-based UIs for user tasks.
• Develop and maintain backend services using Java and SQL.
• Deliver features with 100% automated test coverage.
• Participate in SCRUM ceremonies and keep JIRA updated.
• Provide 3rd line production support and assist with UAT.
