Job summary

Capgemini Invent in the UK is hiring a Java Full Stack Engineer – Senior Consultant for Digital Excellence. You will design and deliver cutting-edge microservices using Spring Boot, while building responsive frontend apps with React, HTML and CSS, in agile, multi-disciplinary teams.

You will lead engineering initiatives, contribute to business development, mentor colleagues and collaborate with stakeholders across Capgemini Invent while maintaining high standards of quality and security

Qualifications

• 5+ years experience building microservices with Java (Spring Boot).
• Experience with frontend using React, HTML, CSS.
• Experience with Git and GitHub/GitLab.
• Docker, Docker Compose.
• CI/CD with GitLab, GitHub, Jenkins.
• Cloud technologies AWS or Azure.
• Experience working in an agile team environment.
• Strong soft skills including time and risk management, problem solving, and leading with empathy.

Responsibilities

• Design and deliver microservices based on Java Spring Boot.
