Job summary

JUXT in London is seeking Java developers from experienced seniors to hands-on principal engineers to join long-term greenfield projects with a leading financial institution.

You will work in small, high-calibre teams delivering strategic rebuilds, replacing legacy systems with cloud-aligned solutions built on Java, Spring, and modern engineering practices. You’ll own contributions end-to-end in a collaborative, autonomous environment.

Qualifications

• Very good command of Java and Spring Framework.
• Knowledge and experience with OpenID Connect.
• Experience with PostgreSQL databases.
• Good understanding of Kubernetes environments.

Responsibilities

• Develop and deliver greenfield Java services within modern cloud-based stacks.
• Collaborate in small, high-calibre teams to rewrite legacy systems.
• Own components end-to-end from design to production and architecture decisions.
• Work on distributed architectures in large-scale financial contexts.
