Lead Java Developer with AWS - DNA

The role requires a Lead Java developer with strong Java experience to create and implement solutions for our portfolio of biometric products, support live systems, and diagnose incidents.

You will join a team that values collaboration and engineering the best possible Java code.

Skills and experience include:

• 8-10 years of hands-on experience with large-scale Spring-based Java projects.
• Experience supporting live systems and diagnosing incidents.
• Experience in large-scale integration projects involving microservices, messaging, web services, and distributed systems.
• Experience with web services (SOAP and RESTful).
• Experience with containerization (Docker).
• Experience with testing frameworks like JUnit, Mockito, Powermock, JMock, DBUnit, TestContainers.
• Experience connecting processes across systems with message brokers like ActiveMQ.
• Experience with Continuous Integration tools like Maven, GIT, Jenkins, SonarQube, and Stash Repository.
• Experience developing in a Linux environment.
• Experience working with Atlassian products.
• Experience with open-source databases and AWS services such as EC2, SQS, RDS, DynamoDB, S3, Route53, KMS, Cloudwatch.
• Strong analytical and decision-making skills.
• Experience with Spring Cloud and Postfix.
• Experience with monitoring tools like Grafana and Prometheus.
• Ability to create a cohesive working environment and build high-performing teams.
