Reflect Recruitment Group is seeking a Senior ITAD Technician in Boston to lead a team responsible for secure processing, data wiping, and disposal of IT assets in a fast-paced environment. You will ensure compliance with data security protocols and environmental regulations, maintain accurate asset records, and mentor staff to maximise performance.

Qualifications

• Proven experience within ITAD, IT hardware processing, or a similar technical environment.
• Strong knowledge of desktops, laptops, servers, mobile devices, and networking equipment.
• Experience with data sanitisation and destruction standards such as Blancco, ADISA, or equivalent.
• Previous team leadership, supervisory, or mentoring experience.
• Excellent organisational and communication skills.
• Ability to perform in a fast-paced, target-driven environment

Responsibilities

• Lead, motivate, and support a team of ITAD Technicians.
• Oversee the secure processing, data wiping, and disposal of IT assets.
• Ensure compliance with data security protocols and environmental regulations.
• Monitor productivity, workflow efficiency, and quality control standards.
• Train, mentor, and develop team members to maximise performance.
• Maintain accurate asset records, reporting, and audit trails.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to improve processes and operational efficiency.
• Champion health and safety best practices across the site
