Job summary

Qualifications

• Strong background supporting students with additional educational needs.
• Experience working with children or young people with social, emotional and behavioural difficulties.

Responsibilities

• Lead support for students who need help overcoming barriers to learning.
• Manage student interventions.
• Help develop and implement individual education, behaviour, support and mentoring plans.
• Set up one-to-one mentoring with students and support those who are distressed.
• Support students' access to learning using suitable strategies and resources.
