Job summary

Skilled Careers is seeking an experienced Site Manager to lead the internal works package on a 38-unit residential development near Latimer Road, West London. You will oversee dry lining, plastering, ceilings, carpentry and ensure M&E installations are properly sequenced with other trades.

The role requires hands-on site management, a strong focus on quality, health and safety, and the ability to coordinate multiple subcontractors while driving the programme to meet key deadlines.

Qualifications

• Proven Site Management experience within residential construction.
• Strong dry lining / internal fit-out experience.
• Good M&E knowledge and coordination.
• Experience managing multiple trades and subcontractors.
• Ability to read and interpret drawings and specifications.

Responsibilities

• Manage and oversee all internal works across the 38 units.
• Coordinate dry lining, plastering, ceilings, carpentry, doors, flooring and finishing trades.
• Coordinate M&E installations and ensure proper sequencing with other trades.
• Manage subcontractors and labour on a daily basis.
• Monitor progress against the programme and meet key deadlines.
• Maintain high standards of quality and safety on site.
• Coordinate inspections, snagging and remedial works to completion.
