Job summary

Elliptic is seeking an Internal Communications Lead to own internal comms across a global tech team. You’ll report to the COO, connect 300 people across nine offices, and shape messaging strategy for leadership updates and change initiatives.

You’ll build and run a rolling communications calendar, prepare talking points for the CEO, and own internal channels from Slack to the knowledge base, with travel to US and APAC hubs and an AI-enhanced workflow.

Qualifications

• Proven track record owning internal communications in a fast-scaling tech company.
• Experience with all-hands or company-wide forums end to end.
• Ability to sequence change and advise executives on messaging.
• Willingness to travel to US and APAC hubs as needed.
• Fluency with AI tools as part of daily workflow.

Responsibilities

• Own Company Update end to end, including editorial planning and MC duties.
• Build and run the communications calendar with leadership for launches and change.
• Write for and with the CEO and leadership team; brief managers with talking points.
• Own internal channels from Slack to knowledge base and culture networks.
