Job summary

Lloyds is seeking a Lead Integrator to drive data, AI and technology transformations across the CIB Data Labs ecosystem. You will translate strategic priorities into coordinated delivery, embedding data and AI capabilities into client and colleague journeys to improve outcomes.

The role requires shaping governance, delivering integrated plans, and unblocking dependencies across diverse teams to achieve measurable business value.

Qualifications

• Proven experience leading cross-functional data, AI and technology transformations.
• Ability to translate platform ambitions into actionable delivery plans.
• Strong stakeholder influence without direct authority.

Responsibilities

• Lead the migration of data capabilities to the cloud and build trusted data foundations.
• Develop and maintain the integrated Platform plan with milestones, dependencies and decisions.
• Coordinate readiness across people, process, technology, data and controls to enable live operation.
• Provide concise, evidence-based updates to senior leaders and align cross-functional teams.
