Job summary

Lloyds Banking Group is seeking a senior Machine Learning & AI Engineering Lead for its Intelligent Customer Products Platform in Manchester. You will shape, build and industrialise AI/ML capabilities across customer journeys, with a focus on secure, scalable and responsible solutions.

You will mentor multidisciplinary teams, influence platform strategy and collaborate with Product, Architecture, Engineering and Data Science to deliver high-impact AI experiences for customers and the Group.

Qualifications

• Strong Python, scalable APIs and cloud-native AI in regulated enterprise environments.
• Proven leadership of multidisciplinary teams delivering enterprise-grade ML solutions.
• Experience with MLOps/LLMOps and responsible AI governance.

Responsibilities

• Lead design, development and deployment of ML, LLM and agentic AI across the ICP Platform.
• Evaluate emerging AI tech and drive adoption with measurable value.
• Own end-to-end AI delivery lifecycle from experimentation to production.
