Job description

Our digital platform has evolved to the point of reasonable maturity for Soho House, and we are now focusing on transforming our back office platforms. This newly created role will focus on building state-of-the-art integrations with Oracle Integration Cloud Service.

We operate a flat structure where a lean Architecture team, along with Lead Engineers, collectively drive the technology vision and strategy. As a Senior Integrations Specialist, this role will contribute to developing strategic systems integrations. You will bring expertise in systems integration, spanning from file-based batch integrations to modern APIs, covering the full development lifecycle and support. These integrations will connect mission-critical systems that support Soho House's strategic goals.

You will ensure integrations are implemented with sound engineering principles, whether developed in-house or by our partners. This includes performance, monitoring & alerting, automated testing, security, compliance, logging & auditing, error handling, and other software engineering principles and best practices.

In collaboration with business SMEs, the Enterprise Architect Lead, engineering leadership, and our technology partners, you will build and maintain critical integrations. You will advise on integration best practices, prioritizing quality and robustness.

The role will be based at the London Support Office, part of the Digital Engineering team, reporting directly to the Enterprise Architect Lead. You will work with them to deliver integrations that are fit for purpose, quality-conscious, and aligned with the company’s enterprise architecture. This role requires an individual who can work with light supervision, take accountability, and demonstrate authenticity and drive.

Main Duties...

1. Design, develop, test, and support integrations
2. Engage with business and technology stakeholders
3. Collaborate with platform end users across the group to ensure integrations are fit for purpose
4. Follow trends in the integration space

Day-to-Day Responsibilities...

1. Work closely with business SMEs, IT, and software engineers
2. Refine requirements, support UAT, and assist with integrations
3. Track work using ticketing systems
4. Produce and maintain technical documentation
5. Work specifically on Oracle Integration Cloud

What We Are Looking For...
