Job Description:

Are you a skilled professional passionate about change management and project coordination? Our client needs an experienced Integration Project Support Specialist to assist the Head of Change and Integration with two major projects: a UK distribution migration and integrating a new Academic list.

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure the seamless transfer of data and stock from the company's distributor to our client's systems, maintaining accuracy and punctuality.
• Collaborate with multiple departments, including the Project Management Office, Finance, Production, Sales, and Editorial, to understand, document, and fulfill all business requirements.
• Maintain consistent communication with distributors and project managers to keep projects on schedule and in line with agreed plans and timelines.
• Provide stakeholders with clear and detailed progress reports, highlighting milestones and addressing any issues that arise.
• Develop and implement new operational workflows at the new distributor to facilitate a smooth transition for all affected staff.
• Conduct sell-through analyses to manage stock levels and identify any overstock situations for long-term stock management.

The ideal candidate will excel in project management, efficiently handling multiple priorities and using a creative approach to problem-solving. They will have excellent communication skills, translating complex concepts and data into clear reports, and possess a solid understanding of the publishing workflow to make informed decisions. Strong commercial insight and experience in managing inventory across various territories, including reprint analysis and print-on-demand titles, are essential. Proficiency in data analysis and intermediate knowledge of Excel (including VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP and pivot tables)
