Infosys in London, UK seeks an experienced Lead Rulebook Configurator to lead configuration and implementation of insurance products, pricing models, underwriting rules and workflow components within Verisk Rulebook / Sequel Rulebook.

The role requires a strong configuration mindset, analytical ability and hands-on experience with Rulebook or similar platforms, capable of translating complex Excel-based pricing models into governed configurations.

Qualifikationen

• Experience with Verisk RuleBook / Sequel RuleBook or similar rules/rating platform.
• Ability to translate business requirements into clear configuration actions.
• Strong testing, validation discipline, and data accuracy.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; able to work independently within a squad.
• Insurance or financial services domain experience is desirable.

Aufgaben

• Configure and maintain RuleBook products, forms, data definitions, matrices, reference data and RuleSets.
• Translate approved business and functional requirements into clear, maintainable configuration changes.
• Support product enhancements, rate changes, defect fixes, release activity and BAU maintenance.
• Collaborate with Product Managers, Underwriters, Business Analysts and Lead Configurators to clarify requirements and outcomes.
• Perform configuration testing, simulation, regression support and validation.
• Investigate defects, gather evidence and support root-cause analysis.
• Maintain configuration documentation, traceability records, test evidence and change notes.
• Contribute to SOPs, knowledge articles, onboarding material and reusable configuration approaches.
• Identify opportunities to improve configuration quality and delivery efficiency.
