Job summary

Qualifications

• Strong BA and requirements gathering skills.
• Deep Insurance and Reinsurance (specialty) knowledge.
• User story creation for development teams.
• Source system analysis and data mapping.
• STTM (Source-to-Target Mapping) including transformation logic and derived measures.
• SQL (Snowflake and legacy systems) for analysis and STTM creation.
• Ability to interpret lineage and metadata.
• Understanding conceptual models (Bronze-Silver-Gold).
• Strong communication to translate functional specs into data specs.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with POs to gather and analyze business requirements.
• Translate business requirements into detailed user stories and functional specifications.
• Perform source system analysis, data mapping, and create STTM.
• Support data validation and reconciliation.
• Coordinate with other teams as applicable (e.g., Beazley BAs).
