Qualifications

• Proven carpentry, construction or related trade experience.
• Ability to lead a two-person team and manage on-site day.
• Full UK driving licence.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day loft boarding, ladder, insulation and storage installs in customers’ homes.
• Work from your local depot across your local region, with no overnight stays.
• Mentor and develop your Assistant Installer.
• Own quality and health and safety on site, and represent InstaLoft professionally.

We are growing our installation teams and we are looking for an experienced Head Installer to lead fits to that standard.

What you will earn with us:

Base salary of £27,500 to £35,000 depending on experience

Plus up to £5,000 company bonus

Overtime available on top
